Therapeutic Coaching

Therapeutic coaching is for anyone who would like to make a positive change in their life and is helpful if you are looking to become more resourceful, or simply to expand your current life circumstances and find fulfilment and purpose. The Therapeutic Coaching model integrates  Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to help you to identify and explore your personal obstacles to health and happiness.  Sessions take place online in a safe and confidential environment which supports growing awareness and meaningful change. In the sessions I will gently help you to understand the beliefs and patterns you are running and develop new ways of understanding and awareness. I will offer a variety of practical, tried and tested techniques to kickstart change and offer new direction. 

Parenting Coaching

Parenting is tough and the social and economic contexts we are raising children in are so very different from our own experience. This can cause parents to feel they are not good enough or somehow failing in their caring roles.  With over twentyfive years experience of working with children and their families, I can help you to deepen and grow the relationship with your child or children and maybe ease some of the difficulties you are facing as a family whilst increasing your confidence as a parent. Based on attachment based parenting strategies and play, I will provide you with a warm and non judgemental space in which to discover the parenting style that works for you and your family. 

Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness is defined as paying attention in the present moment without judgment. Mindfulness helps to cultivate a more open hearted and stable approach to life through developing a daily meditation practice and an awareness of the unhelpful habits we might be living with. Mindfulness offers a way to build a stable platform from which to enjoy life more fully. In these sessions, I will help you develop a meditation practice and introduce you to a wise and mindful way of being in the world.
